Sketch book scribbles

I started a new sketchbook this week. Previous books I would draw in pencil first and then ink over the top, the results were mixed and I would be embarrassed to show it to anyone. Taking cues from other artists and friends I decided to draw straight ahead with a fine point pen and not worry about trying to express any particular idea, pure stream of consciousness.
I was surprised with how liberating and fun this is and I'm confident enough to post a page from my book on the interwebs.

  1. Cheers. This is from the sketchbook you gave me when we went camping.

  2. hey mark, we met today watching jim, reg and eddie talk about altered states. i'm loving your stuff.

  3. Thanks Renee. I really want a fountain pen like yours.
